FORMER BOXING CHAMPION AND WIFE. ALSO BROTHER OF SUPPOSED LORD HAWHAW. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 9.45 a.m.) LONDON. June 3. The former boxing champion, Joe Beckett, and his wife have been arrested under the Defence regulations. Beckett it is reported was connected with the British Union of Fascists before the war and recently joined the local defence volunteers. Scotland Yard officers arrested the 22-year-old Frank Joyce, brother of William Joyce, who is believed to be Lord Hawhaw. A number of documents were found in his house. Joyce was employed on the technical staff of the 8.8. C. till the beginning of the year. Another brother formerly was an Air Ministry clerk, but is now interned.
