Damages amounting to £1515 18s were awarded Mrs Laura Zelma Trolove, by Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court today. This decision was made after hearing legal argument upon the jury’s findings in the ease in which Mrs Trolove claimed damages against William John Oakleigh Turner for the loss of her husband in ti motor collision near Motukarara on July 3 last year.
