CHURCH SERVICES
The Holy Communion will be celebrated at St. Matthew’s Church tomorrow at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Archdeacon Rich will be the preacher both in the morning and evening. The Rev. T. \. Pearson will conduct the evening service at Ku ripuni. The services at Knox Church, Te Whiti and Westmere tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev. John Davie. At Matahiwi at 2 p.m. a Bible Class group will hold a service. The services at the Salvation Army tomorrow will be conducted by Majoi and Mrs Mahaffie. In the morning the Major will take for his subject "Christ as our Redeemer” and in the evening “Facts We Ought to Know.” The services at the Methodist Church tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev H. S. Kings. The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper will be observed at the morning service when Mr Kings will speak on "The Meaning of the Sacrament." At the evening service the subject will be "An Essential of Life."
The Chart lectures will be continued on Sunday night at 7 o’clock at the Ruhamah Gospel Hall, the subject being a very interesting one, namely, "The Period of Tribulation."
The Masterton Baptist Fellowship service in the Y.M.C.A. meeting room tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock will be conducted by the Rev Ayson-Clif-ford. who has charge of the Karori Baptist Church. Mr Clifford is a vigorous speaker and his gospel message should attract a large attendance. A hearty welcome is extended to children who do not attend any other Sunday School to be present at the 10 o’clock service.
