Individual parcels can be sent free of duty provided the contents do not exceed seven pounds weight, and do not include tobacco. cigarettes or liquor. Under the unaddressed parcels scheme, designed to ensure every man receiving a parcel. cigarettes and tobacco can be included. ' Provincial patriotic councils were recently asked for the collection of a second consignment of such parcels. A total of 14.000 is required this time.
