TOURISTS ADVISED TO LEAVE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON. May 27. The Exchange Telegraph Agency’s Rome correspondent states that the British Embassy has ' advised British residents to leave Italy, but it is authoritatively stated that this should be treated with reserve. Reuter’s Rome correspondent says the Consulate is merely advising inquirers not to stay in the country if touring.
