B. Terry, the lessee of the Mangaone Borough Endowment, from his lease, and accepts the surrender thereof, on certain terms set out in the said resolution, and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a SPECIAL MEETING of the Council, to be held on WEDNESDAY, the 29th day of May, 1940, at 12 noon, at the Council Chamber, Chapel Street.
