TWENTY=FIVE ENEMY PLANES AUSTRALIAN PILOT DOES AS WELL. FOUR OTHERS EACH SHOOT DOWN TWENTY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, May 23. Ths Wellington ace, Flying-Officer E. J. (“Cobber”) Kain, and an unnamed Australian fighter pilot have each shot down 25 German planes while operating from the Royal Air Force advanced striking force in France. Four other pilots have shot down at least 20 enemy aircraft each. Such of the cable news on this page as is so headed has appeared in “The Times,” and is cabled to Australia and New Zealand by special permission.
