Mrs J. Coleman has returned to Masterton from a visit to Auckland. Mrs J. Wells, of Coradine Street. Mastertcn, is visiting Wellington.

Mr and Mrs E. J. Heffer, of Lower Hutt, spent the weekend at Masterton. Mrs W. Cook, Lower Hutt, who had been visiting Masterton, has returned home.

Miss Esme Scott is a guest from London at the- Hotel Midland, Masterton.

Miss Jessie Hogg, of Masterton, will leave today on a visit to Palmerston North.

Mr and Mrs G. Woodhead, Wellington, are staying at the Hotel Midland, Masterton.

Mrs Perry, of Feilding, was the week-end guest of Mrs W. L. Hunter, Coradine Street, Masterton.

Miss Audrey Hutchins. Colombo Road, Masterton, who had been spending a holiday in Hamilton, has returned home.

Mrs A. E. Preston and family, who have been visiting Airs V. E. Donald. Lansdowne. Masterton, have returned to Wellington. Miss Maud Wilkie. Dunedin, who was demonstrator in the model kindergarten at the Exhibition during April, has received an appointment to the Wellington Free Kindergarten Association.

The wedding took place on Saturday evening at the bride’s home, Rosslea, Hatuma, of Ann, only daughter of Mr and Mrs C. White Parsons,' and Muir Edward, third son of the late Sir Robert and Lady Sinclair Lockhart, Auckland.
