BRIDGE UNSAFE FOR TRAFFIC. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Kiriwhakapapa Road Bridge No. 1 over the Waipoua River is UNFIT FOR ALL TRAFFIC exceeding 2 TONS in weight. AND NOTICE is hereby further given that as from this date no person shall enter on. drive or take on or over the said Bridge any vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs more than TWO TONS. The number of stock that shall be safely taken at any one time, on to or over such bridge is specified in the Notice posted at each end of the said bridge. Dated this 20th day of May, 1940. J. C. D.
