Mr and Mrs C. Mclntosh, of Christchurch, are on holiday in Masterton. Mr and Mrs T. Page and family, of Palmerston North, are at presept visiting Masterton. Mrs Morris Winslade. of Masterton, is on an extended visit to Rotorua and is the guest of Mrs N. Tregear. Mrs R. G. Phillips-Turner, of Hamilton, with her family, is spending the school holidays in Masterton. The first prize in the baby contest held at Pahiatua was won by Mrs Paget's baby. Mr and Mrs Voykovich, Otahuhu. are staying at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Masterton. Mr and Mrs W. I. Deavoll, of Wellington, with theii- daughter, Valerie, and son, Brian, are spending the school holidays with Mr and Mrs Frank McLaughlin, “Tahora,” Longbush. The marriage of Miss Daphne Bonham Carter, daughter of Major Bonham Carter, D. 5.0.. The Manor House, Fetersfield, England, artd Lieutenant Peter Temple Williams, R.N., son of the late Mr Erl Williams, and of Mrs G. A. C. Elkington, Mamaku. Masterton, took place in England on Saturday.
