MOBILISATION COMPLETE ASSEMBLY OF POWERFUL FORCES. ON FRONTIERS AND IN INTERIOR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 11 a.m.) BERNE, May 15. A joint Government and High Command communique states that mobilisation is complete, and that all troops are at their assigned positions. Powerful forces are on all frontiers and large forces have been established in the interior. Members of the British Legation at Berne last night burnt their papers. It is reported that the French and German Legations have taken similar action. Some members of the English and French Legations have gone to Geneva with other records. The British Consulate has left Basle.
