AIT. GERMANS OVER SIXTEEN ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Dav. 10.10 a.m.) SINGAPORE. May 10. The Governor of the Dutch East Indies. broadcasting, declared that a state of war existed and that all Germans above the age of 16 must be interned. A. majority of the Germans were taken from their offices unaware that a state of war existed.
