SPANISH REFUGEES
SETTLEMENT IN ECUADOR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Dav, 10.20 a.m.) GUAYAQUIL (Ecuador). May 8. A decree authorises "A New World Resettlement Fund," to settle 5,000 Spanish refugees in Ecuador in the next live years. Senor John Dospassos. who negotiated for the permission, is returning io the United States to complete arrangements. Each family will be required io deposit 700 dollars as a guarantee to engage in agriculture.
