MASTERTON COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. NTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Masterton County Council, at an Ordinary Meeting of the said Council, to be held on TUESDAY, the 14th day of May, 1940, at 2 p.m., to confirm a Resolution passed by way of Special Order at a Special Meeting held on Tuesday, the 9th day of April. 1940, authorising the sale of a piece of land containing 11 acres 1 rood 15.5 perches, more or less, situate, in Block ( VIII., Miki Miki Survey District,, being Lot I. of part of Section 42 of the Opaki Block, and being part of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 460, Folio 195, having a frontage of approximately One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-two (1822) Links to the Opaki District Road.
