NEAR THE THAMES ESTUARY. FIGHTER PLANES GO OUT TO SEA. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. LONDON. May 4. _ There was heavy gunfire in the vicinity of the Thames Estuary for 20 minutes. Fighters went out to sea. Fighter planes also went up in pursuit of a plane flying at great height over the Shetlands.
