IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, held on the first day of May, 1940, a resolution was passed , pursuant to the power given by Infection 162, Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, this Council hereby agrees to release Mr E. B. Terry, the lessee of the Mangaone Borough Endowment, from his lease, and accepts the surrender thereof, on certain terms set cut in the said resolution, and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a SPECIAL MEETING of the Council, to be held on WEDNESDAY, the 29th day of May, 1940, at 12 noon, at the Council Chamber, Chapel Street.
