A change in the method of appointing non-commissioned officers for the New Zealand Expeditionary Force has been decided on for all reinforcement drafts. The prospective N.C.O.’s for one reinforcement will be chosen from the preceding draft after it has been mobilised for a period. No men will be held back by area offices after enlistment with a view Io sending them to special training later as prospective N.C.O.’s.
