COURT DISMISSES OUSTER SUIT.

By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Dav. 1.15 p.m.) LOS ANGELES, May 2. The Court dismissed the Bertrand Russell ouster suit.

According to a cablegram from Eos Angeles on April 30 a Baptist minister sued officials'of the University of California in an effort to force an ouster of Bertrand Russell, who is an English hereditary earl, but docs not use the title. He holds the position of Professor, of Philosophy at the Univer-, sity of California. Earlier, on March 30. declaring that the college board was attempting to establish a “chair of indency,” a New York cablegram stated. Justice McGeeham, in the Supreme Court, declared void the appointment of Bertrand Russell to a chair at the City College of New York. The actions arose, it was stated, from Bertrand Russell's writings on sex matters.
