Large-scale Gorman military preparations which are reported to be progressing at Memel, in East Prussia, and along the Luxemburg frontier, have accentuated anxiety in countries bor-, dering on the Reich. Troops, munitions .and supplies are reported to be arriving at Baltic ports from elsewhere in ' Germany. Residents of Luxemburg are hastily building tank traps opposite the Ger-! man bridges across the Moselle. Belgian State guards raided German I homes and discovered uniforms. Sev-I oral Germans were arrested.
