“THANK YOU, MR MOTO.” The current programme headed by Thank You, Mr Moto,” will be finally shown tonight. There will be no pictures tomorrow. "CODE OF THE SECRET SERVICE.” “Code of the Secret Service,” the second in the Warner Bros, series of pictures depicting the exploits of the U.S. Secret Service-, will be shown on Friday, with Ronald Reagan again in Ihe starring role, as in the first film of the series, “Secret Service of the Air.” Reagan has been assigned the dangerous job of breaking up a band of counterfeiters operating across the Mexican border . In the course of this assignment he narrowly escapes execution by Mexican authorities for the supposed murder of one of his own pals, and twice escapes death by a hair’s breadth when he falls into the hands of the gang. He finally succeeds in luring the band’s leader to the United States side of the border, arresting him and confiscating his plates. Other members who were in the cast of the first episode now appearing in "Code of the Secret Service,” are Eddie Foy, Junr., and Rosella Towne. Heading the band of counterfeiters is Moroni Olsen, and other actors of the cast include Edgar Edwards, Jack Mower, John Gallaudet and Joseph King.
The supporting feature will be "Qne Hour To Live,” starring Charles Bickford, Doris Nolan, John Lite!, Paul Guilfoyle, a drama blasted from the sinister adventures and strange romances of a racket-run city.
