The Brussels correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph" said that the authorities discovered 56 German marine officers near Ostend .and Zeebrugge. The majority are believed to have entered the country illegally. Twenty thousand military boots, consigned from Germany to a small merchant, were discovered by Customs officers in a warehouse. The merchant denied any knowledge of them.
