Bourke, of Patea. were recent guests of Misses J. and F. Hogg, Church Street Masterton. Miss Peggy Perry, Masterton, who has been the guest of Mrs J. Reid, Blenheim, has returned home. Mrs L. G. Adams and Miss W. Adams, Masterton, are the guests of Mrs N. Gaskin. Feilding. Mrs W. '.I. March, Pahiatua, and her mother, Mrs E. A. Butler. Hamilton, are visiting Wellington. Mrs. A. G. Wiltshire and daughter, Miss Kathleen Wiltshire, of MacGregor Crescent. Masterion. spent the weekend in Wellington. The death has occurred at Island Bay, Wellington, of Gladys Slenning Eager, daughter of Mrs and the late Mr Joseph McHalick, formerly well known in Pahiatua. Guests at Windsor House, Masterton, are: Mr. Mrs. and Miss McNaught, Mr. Hamilton (North Auckland). Mr. G. Bolds, Mr. J. Jackson (Trentham) and Mr. Brosnan (Wellington).
