TURKEY LETS CONTRACTS TO BRITISH FIRMS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) ISTANBUL. April 21. An agreement has been reached with British firms for the construction of a naval dockyard at the Golden Horn costing two millions sterling. It will be completed, in 1942.
