CHURCH SERVICES
The Rev. David McNeur will conduct services tomorrow at the Lansdowne Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.. and at Wangaehu at 2.30. p.m. At both services at St. Matthew's Church tomorrow the preacher will be the Ven. Archdeacon Rich. The Rev. T. V. Pearson will conduct the evening service at Kuripuni, and the usual services will be held at Taueru. Rangitumau and Kopuaranga. At the Knox Church tomorrow the services will be conducted by the Rev. J. Davie, who will preach at Te Whiti at 1.30 p.m.. and Te Wharau at 3 p.m. The Bible Class group will take the service at Matahiwi at 2 p.m. To celebrate the first aniversary of the commencement of Church of Christ services in Masterton. tomorrow's services will be of a special character. The speaker will be Mr W. J. Lowe. The services at the Salvation Army Hall tomorrow in connection with the paign" will be conducted by Major and paign." wil be conducted by Major and Mrs Mahaffie. The service in the morning will take the form of meditations on Pentecost, when Major Mahaffie will take for his subject, "Hearts on Fin for God.” In the people's Gospel service at night. Mrs Mahaffie will be the speaker, and will take for her subject. "A Fatal Request." j . Baptists of Masterton and all others interested are to be favoured with another visit from Rev. W. E. Lambert, of Wellington, as the preacher tomorrow. when the services of the Masterton Baptist Fellowship will be held in | the Y.M.C.A. at the advertised time. 1 The chart lectures will be continued on Sunday night, at 7 o'clock, at the Ruhamah Gospel Hall. Queen Street. Masterton. the subject being: "Nebuchadnezzar's Vision of World Government, to the End of Time.”
