CORNMEAL CAKES
FOR BREAKFAST ON SATURDAY. Pour 1? cups boiling water over 2 cups cornmeal, add 2 teaspoons melted butter. 1 teaspoon very finely chopped parsley, 2 teaspoons onion juice, salt and pepper to taste. Beat well, form into thin cakes, place on a greased tray, and bake in hot oven until crisp. Serve with tomato sauce or any leftover grav y.
