PRESUMED LOST
BRITISH SUBMARINE IN NORTH SEA. CONSIDERABLY OVERDUE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) LONDON, April 17. An Admiralty communique states that the submarine Thistle, which was operating in the North Sea. is considerably overdue, and is presumed to have been lost. The Thistle is a sister ship to the Truant.
