SWEDISH PREMIER’S WARNING Use of Territory to be Denied to Any Belligerent NEED OF BEING PREPARED FOR DEFENSIVE ACTION VARIOUS PRECAUTIONS TAKEN The Swedish Premier (Mr P. A. Harrison) has warned his people that they must be prepared to defend their neutrality, Daventry reports. Any demands for the use of Swedish territory, he said, must be rejected. The war had reached their frontiers and Sweden must reserve her right to individual freedom of action. She could allow no belligerent Power to use Svzedish territory. So far no such demand had been made, but if it was made it must be rejected.
