OBITUARY

MRS WILLIAM BROWN. The death occurred in Napier on Wednesday last of Mrs William Brown, formerly of Worksop Road. Masterton. The late Mrs Brown, who was in her, 56th year, had been in ill-health for some time past. She had only been a resident of Napier for about four or live years, and her husband predeceased her last year. Her many friends in Masterton will regret to learn of her passing, and wide sympathy will be extended to the relatives in their sad bereavement. She is survived by two sons, Messrs D. and L. Brown (Masterton). and four daughters. Mesdames T. Carver (Napier). C. Murphy (Martinborough), B. Hawkins (Napier) and L. King (Masterton). The funeral will leave St. Matthew's Church. Masterton. at 2 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday), for the Masterton Cemetery.
