HOSTILE RESOLUTION. PASSED BY NAPIER WATERSTDERS. (By Tclcfiraph—Press Association.) NAPIER. This Day. A stopwork meeting of 250 Napioi watersiders this morning unanimously passed the following resolution regarding Hie Hou W. E. Barnard's resignalion from the Labour Party: "That this meeting of Hie Napier Watersider:;' Union deplores Hie action of lhe Hrm W. E. Barnard for dis-service to Hie workers of his electorate and it is further agreed that the honourable course for him to adopt is to resign his seal mid rcconlest it against a true representative of the Labour movement. The Union also desires to place uh record ils loyalty to Hie Prime Minister and his colleagues mid to congratulate them on placing service before self."
