ALLIES PROMISE PROMPT HELP WAR TO BE FOUGHT IN FULL ASSOCIATION WITH NORWAY Naval and Military Measures Already Taken SEA BATTLE REPORTED OFF NORWEGIAN COAST Germany has invaded Norway and Denmark. The Danish forces withdrew before the invaders, and Copenhagen and the greater part of the country have been occupied by the Germans. Norway is resisting strongly, but her capital, Oslo, has been occupied by the Germans, who have effected landings also at various other places. The Allies have assured Norway of immediate help, and that they will fight the war in full association with her. A naval battle is reported to be in progress off the coast of Norway.
