Miss Jocelyn Walker, .the gifted young Wellington pianist, has been awarded a scholarship, valued at £3OO. and tenable for two years at the Royal Academy of Music. London. This is the principal of the three scholarships offered by the .Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, London, to candidates at the 1939 examinations, and was awarded on the recommendations of Drs. Staton and Colles.
