ELECTION OF THREE PARENTS’ REPRESENTATIVES. FOUR NOMINATIONS RECEIVED. Four nominations have been received for three parents’ representatives on the Wairarapa College Board of Governors. Those nominated are: Arthur Ceasar Cretney, nominated by Messrs D. Couper and C. J. Braggins. Frederick Charles Daniell, nominated by Mr. L. T. Daniell. Frank Mitchell Whyte, nominated by Messrs W. H. Saunders and T. Hanley. Graham Campbell Lane Dickel, nominated by Messrs F. Taylor and A. O. Jones. Mr F. C. Daniell is the only candidate who is seeking re-election, the other members whose period of office had expired, Messrs W. H. Saunders and L. J. Taylor, having retired. The poll, a postal one, will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16. The votes will be counted on April 23. The parents of day pupils at Wairarapa College are eligible to vote.
