DETAILS OF NEW PLANS WHOLE NATION LIABLE TO MOBILISATION. INCLUDING WOMEN & CHILDREN By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. ROME, April 6. A radio broadcast throughout Italy gives the first details of the reorganised Supreme Defence Commission. It sets out 22 articles indicating mobilisation plans for the entire nation. The commission is headed by Signor Mussolini and includes members of Cabinet and the chiefs of the armed forced. It is responsible "for developing Italian resources and the activities of the nation for the achievement of victory.” The Council of Ministers has completed a plan which includes a provision under which women and children over the age of 13 arc liable to mobilisation for factory work, anti-aircratt defence and so on behind the lines.
