CIVIL PRISONERS
FRANCE & GERMANY ARRANGE EXCHANGE. P.y Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. GENEVA. April 7. France and Germany have agreed to exchange the first, group of civil prisoners through the intermediary of the Red Cross. On April 16 120 Germans and 120 French people will go to Geneva, alter which they will travel to their homes.
