A Polish (lovernmenl Press bureau communique states that Hie Russians are carrying on a reign of death and terror in occupied Poland. It asserts that Ogpu agents at Lwow are arresting 500 citizens daily and torturing them, while 250 are dying daily because of lack of food. It also adds that since February 5. the Russians have been imitating Germany’s mass expulsions, specially from Stan isla wow and Tarnopool, from which more than 200,000 Poles have been deported to Russia.
