COMMANDER OF SECOND DIVISION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. OTTAWA, April 4. Brigadier-General Victor Odium has been appointed to the command of the second Canadian division. Brigadier-General Odium, C. 8.. C.M.G., D. 5.0., who is aged 69, served with the Canadian contingent in the Boer War and as a divisional commander in the Great War. He was a Libera Imember of the British Columbia Legislature from 1924 to 1928.
