IN SOUTH-EASTERN EUROPE INUNDATION IN WESTERN RUMANIA. THREAT TO HUNGARIAN PLAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BELGRADE, April 5. The Timis River and Beda Canal are overflowing, inundating western Rumania. Flooded wharves in Yugoslavia and Rumania are impeding the loading of oil and other supplies for Germany. Many pilots on the Danube have resigned, and ,the Germans are complaining of the delays. Floods threaten the Hungarian plain, endangering the railways to Germany.
