EVACUATION PLANS
SIGNIFICANT WARNING IN LUXEMBOURG. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. April. 5. Brussels reports that the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has issued instructions to inhabitants that in the event of evacuation becoming necessary they must cut off the gas, water and electricity before leaving their homes, take luggage not exceeding 301 b. and assemble at one of 40 places named, mostly public buildings.
