INCREASING PRESSURE ON FINLAND ADDITIONAL TERRITORY SOUGHT. FRONTIER FORTIFICATION OPPOSED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright STOCKHOLM, April 4. The Russians are using the RussoFinnish frontier commission to extract further concessions from Finland. They are demanding more territory though photostatic copies of maps are attached to the peace treaty, and also demanding that Finland shall not fortify her new frontier. BELATED RELEASE / AMERICAN GUNS FOR FINLAND. \ WASHINGTON, April 4. The War Department announced that it has sold to Finland 32 howitzers, 200 field guns, and a quantity of ammunition. The sale was refused during the Russian invasion, because of the neutrality law.
