BELATED RELEASE / AMERICAN GUNS FOR FINLAND. \ WASHINGTON, April 4. The War Department announced that it has sold to Finland 32 howitzers, 200 field guns, and a quantity of ammunition. The sale was refused during the Russian invasion, because of the neutrality law.
