SIGNED ON FOR ANOTHER FILM. Charles Laughton intends to stay in Hollywood for the duration of the war. He has signed to appear in an untitled story for Leo McCarey. These two teamed in one of Laughton’s most successful American pictures, “Ruggles of Red Gap." Charles and his wife are becoming popular radio favourites in America and there is rarely a Sunday goes by without them appearing on a nation-wide programme.
