SUNK IN TERRITORIAL WATERS ACCORDING TO DANISH FOREIGN OFFICE. WRECK MILE AND HALF FROM COAST. Ry Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 1.10 p.rn.) COPENHAGEN, April 2. The Foreign Ofl'ico announced that a court of inquiry had disclosed that the German ship Hugo Stinnes had been torpedoed within territorial waters, in consequence of which the Danish Minister in London had been instructed to protest. It was added that the wreck lies sixty feet deep. 11 miles of! the coast.
