DUAL RATES
QUOTED IN NEW YORK. DEALINGS IN STERLING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 2. The Reserve Bank since March 25 has been quoting a free rate and also an official rate for sterling and has announced that from now on it is quoting a corresponding dual rate on the Australian pound and perhaps later on the franc and other currencies.
