GREEK SHIPS
MUST RETURN TO NATIONAL FLAG. DECREE BY DICTATOR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright ATHENS. March 30. The Prime Minister. General Metaxas, has decreed that Greek merchantmen flying foreign flags must, return to the Greek Hag within four months or face very heavy penalties. The decree is specially aimed at 51 Greek ships, totalling 2(10.000 tons, which are flying the Panama Hag.
