FLOODS IN RUSSIA
■ — MANY RIVERS OVERFLOWING BANKS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) MOSCOW. March 31. Rivers are overflowing their banks throughout Russia, especially in the Ukraine. Four thousand houses were flooded in Voroshilovgrad, formerly Lugansk. Steps are being taken to protect the Moscow tube stations.
