APPOINTED TN IRAK. Ry Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) BAGDAD, March 31. The Cabinet appointed last month has resigned and a new Cabinet has been formed. The Prime Minister is Rashid Ali Gailani, the foreign Minister, General Nuri Said, and the Minister of Defence General Taba Hashima.
