SPECIAL TORPEDO FOUND ON BRITISH COAST. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. March 26. The Admiralty states that the torpedo found near Bridlington is of an ordinary type, slightly altered for use by an aeroplane.
An earlier message stated that the torpedo was believed to be of a special type and that if it missed its target it became a kind of mine.
