TENDERS are invited for the purchase, or alternatively, for the subleasing of the undermentioned leasehold property, containing 665 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Lots 4 and 5 on Deposited Plan Number 820, and Lots 7 and 8 on Deposited Plan Number 1331, comprised in three Memoranda of Lease granted by the Governors of the Wellington College High School. The foregoing property, together with the improvements thereon, is known as “Castle Hill.” It is six miles from Alfredton, on the Tinui Road, and has three main paddocks and two small paddocks, with some 100 acres bush.
