HITLER RETURNS TO BERLIN
(Received This Dav. 9.20 a.m.) BERLIN. March 19. Herr Hitler arrived from Brennero and drove to the Chancellery. A diplomatic correspondent at Hie Foreign Office says: "The Western Powers are disappointed at the meeting between Herr Hitler and the Duce because it shatters their secret hopes of splitting the authoritarian nations. The meeting is a sign that the Axis Powers stiil have their hands on the reins of Europe and are determined to lead the way to a new order."
