ACHILLES PICTURE
AUCTIONING AGAIN POSTPONED.
The auctioning of the framed picture of H.M.S. Achilles in aid of the Fighting Services Welfare Fund has had to be postponed again. It had been suggested that it might be possible to auction it at the civic gathering to members of the Second Echelon in the Opera House tomorrow night, but permission to do this was not forthcoming. The auctioning will take place at the first favourable opportunity, but it is not known at present when that will be.
