The New York “Herald-Tribune’s” Washington correspondent says American aeroplane manufacturers have called oft negotiations with the Allies for the latest fighters pending the outcome of a Congressional inquiry opening on March 20. The decision does not affect the re-ordering of types already purchased, but it does ban the Air Cobra. Curtis P 40 and Lockheed P 38
